We work in connection with outstanding Notaries offices for the necessary title researches and property transfer execution formalities.

    We assist clients in all kinds of disputes with their business partners, clients and suppliers. We are active in the enforcement of credit collection, warranty claims, breach of contract issues, evictions, consumer law and inheritance claims.

BIOGRAPHY

Sandra Giunchino, the founding partner of GIUNCHINO-LEX, grew up and studied in Italy, Germany and the U.S.A. She is an Italian admitted Lawyer with over 15 years of domestic and international experience in litigation and business transactions.

Prior to private practice, Sandra was a Senior Associate for several international law firms. In her current practice she still works in freelance association with these firms and with other outstanding domestic and international company lawyers, providing her fully-integrated expertise, consultancy and support to individuals, small businesses and companies.

Sandra is fluent in Italian English and German. She guides and assists her clients throughout all stages of their investments in Italy and defends their rights in front of Italian Courts and international arbitrations.

Sandra is a member of the Lawyer Bar Association of Milan, Lombardy and is a trained professional mediator in alternative dispute resolution.
